Researching the Black American consumer market is far from all we do. We have conducted hundreds of focus groups, ethnographies and IDIs with general market and multicultural consumers as well.
No matter the racial identity of our audience, our focus is understanding what they do, how they feel, what matters to them and, most importantly, WHY.
